It is relatively easy to make potato chips. You need 3 potatoes, a pinch of turmeric powder, a pinch of pepper, oil for deep-frying and a pinch of salt.

Method:

Select three large sized potatoes and peel them. Next, wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut each potato vertically into four.

Then slice each piece horizontally into thin strips.

Add a pinch of pepper, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well with a wooden spoon and leave aside for about 10 minutes to marinate.

Now, pour an adequate amount of oil into a wok for deep-frying the potatoes.

Wait till the oil is hot enough, carefully put the potatoes in batches. Fry them for 3-4 minutes or till they are cooked completely.

When the potato chips appear golden brown remove them. Serve them on a plate lined with paper towels and allow the chips to cool prior to serving with sauce. You’re done, congrats! Enjoy! 🙂
